Here at Embark design we ensure all our acrylic products are delivered to your door with the same care and effort that has been used to craft them in our workshops.
Domestic Delivery
All domestic delivery costs will be worked out individually depending on overall size and weight. Please contact us with any enquiries regarding this matter.
International Delivery
For orders with a mailing address outside the U.K please contact us for specific rates.
Delivery Details
All 'in-stock' items will be dispatched within two weeks of purchase request. Any special or bespoke items will incur a lead time dependant on the items size and complexity. Please contact us for these lead times as they will vary for each piece.
Returns
Returns will be accepted on all items except bespoke orders. All returns should be in unused and saleable condition, unfortunately Embark can not refund delivery costs to or from our despatch department.
Please inspect your items and packaging for defects upon delivery, if there is a problem, then please contact us immediately so that we can respond and rectify the problem.
